Two passengers in the Nissan were also taken to the hospital, but with non-life-threatening injuries. Officers who responded to the scene also reported that seven of the bus’s passengers were injured, although they were also non-life-threatening injuries. It is unclear what caused the Nissan to swerve, and the accident remains under investigation.
